Kelly Thomas Nojaim is a senior sales leader at Microsoft Advertising, where she leads North America Corporate Sales. With more than 20 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and product management, Kelly helps brands unlock growth through AI-powered advertising, performance marketing, and digital transformation. Throughout her Microsoft career, she has held leadership roles across product marketing, GTM and partner, mid market and enterprise sales, building high-performing teams and accelerating revenue growth. Kelly is also co-lead of Women of Microsoft AI and serves as Vice Chairman of Localogy. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kelly lives in West Seattle, married to her acupuncturist husband and has three children – ages 6, 13 and 16.

Sam Neukom is the Head of Brand Strategy at AWS. Prior to Amazon, she founded and led Northbound, a brand strategy, brand expression, and naming studio she grew over 15 years. Before that, Sam headed Marketing at an international volunteer organization, led brand strategy and brand architecture and naming initiatives agency-side for clients including Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, Pfizer, Thomson Reuters, and Diageo, and spent 7+ years on Madison Avenue as a Strategic Planner at Deutsch. She brings deep expertise in brand building, stakeholder strategy, and organizational alignment.
