Problem #1
Content Creators
Today, creators depend on over 10 decentralized desperate solutions to manage their creator business, costing ~$580+/month, which nano and micro influencer who make up 87% of the market cannot afford.
Problem #2
Marketing Teams
Marketing and Sales managers want hire nano and micro influencers but lack the time and tools to efficiently discover talent, track published content, measure campaign performance, and assess creator-level ROI.
Problem #3
Talent Agencies
Talent managers lack a centralized solution to manage their influencer rosters, pitch brands, track finances, ensure timely influencer responses, and access reliable campaign performance data to demonstrate value to brand clients.

Why this matters.
Why now?
Companies like Amazon, Nike, Adidas, Microsoft, Uber, Unilever and tens of thousands of other brands are allocating hundreds of millions individually, and billions of dollars collectively, in influencer marketing budgets, and have begun building influencer marketing teams to manage those budgets, who in turn outsource the work to expensive agencies because they don't have access tools to manage campaigns themselves. We are seeing a similar trend of influencer teams, in SMEs, as they seek to leverage influencer marketing but don't know where to start or track ROI.
Our solution is primed to solve the pain points these influencer marketing teams face, initially focusing on SMEs.

Note from the Founder
July 2, 2025
To prospective partners,
I'm excited to invite you to participate in Aeone's Seed Round. We are building the future of the Creator Economy, and I'm backed by a strong team of talented engineers, PMs, designers, and advisors.
I built Aeone to solve a personal problem. I've travelled 9,727 miles ( from Namibia), left my $200K Amazon salary, and invested $50K of my money - all so that I could solve this particular problem and build Aeone into a global tech company that brings the world closer together. I can't afford to fail!
To me, only 3 things are certain in this life: death, taxes, and the fact that I always find a way!
How do you know I will find a way? I went from a remote village of 3 families in Namibia, herding cows andgoats, to being an orphan by age 13 whose parents never finished high school, to finishing my high school at the best Private American School in Malaysia; my bachelors in the De Pere, WI on a full tuition scholarship, my first Master's at the University of London on a full prestigious Chevening Scholarship (welcomed to the UK Secretary of State and King Charles), to my MBA in MA on a full dean's scholarship for exceptional merit, to my role as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, and now Aeone. From the age of 14, every decision was carefully planned and relentlessly executed by me. Perseverance, purpose, grit.
Want to share in our success? Join us in building a mission-driven global company!
Best Regards,

FAQs
What is a SAFE?
The Aeone Seed Round is being raise on a YC SAFE. Invented by Y Combinator (aka YC), a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) is a contractual agreement between a startup company and its investors (which startups frequently use to raise capital in their seed financing rounds) that provides rights to the investor for future equity in the company. The SAFE investor receives the future shares when a priced round of investment or liquidity (sale of the company) event occurs.
Read a copy of the SAFE agreement here
Watch (optional) a 6-minute video that explains how it works.
Can I invest if I am outside the US?
Yes.
Why are you raising stretch goal of $3M, why not less?
$1.45M get us through 12 months and allows us to reach $1M in sales goals, the additional 1.55M helps us execute on our GTM/product strategy more efficiently and help us reach $3M in ARR goals in 24 months. The $3M figure was calculated, through a detailed P & L statement, to get us to $3M ARR and Series A within 2 years of clothing the roan. Carta recently did a study of over 4,000 startups, who raised "Small/Medium/Large" rounds, over 3 years. Learn more here.
Results: No matter the year, small seed rounds have a lower (4%) probability of getting to Series A within 2 years. This is because it takes long to raise capital, if you only raise capital for 12 months, you run a strong chance of running out of money before raising enough to keep the team going - which leads to the company closing and investors loosing money. So if you are an investor, your money is more at risk if you invest in a round that just covers the next 6-12 months of runway.
At any point in the process, can Aeone reject my investment offer?
Yes. We want to find investors that are aligned with our vision, exit strategy, and are genuinely excited to come on this journey with us and believe we are the right team to solve this problem.
Where are you located and domiciled?
We are a Delaware C-Corporation, also registered in Washington State (WA). We are based in Seattle, WA.
What tool are you using to manage your cap table, investment payment, and track the Seed Round?
We are using Carta Launch. You don't have to have an account with Carta to participate in our round, but it can make it can make it easier for you to add your investment in Aeone to your existing portfolio if you already have an account with Carta. You can sign the SAFE agreement with DocuSign, Carta, or by signing and scanning it back to us.
