Job Description

What You’ll Do


  • Build and own Aeone’s go-to-market and sales strategy from the ground up

  • Drive both B2B and B2C sales with a focus on closing new business and building repeatable pipelines

  • Drive adoption of our AI-powered tools through digital and traditional sales channels

  • Build partnerships with brands, agencies, and creators — with a strong focus on community building.

  • Prospect, pitch, and close deals across marketing teams, creators, and enterprise partners

  • Partner with the founding team to shape pricing, packaging, and customer success strategies

  • Recruit, build, and lead a world-class marketing and sales team

  • Be the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product development


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven track record in marketing software sales (SaaS, Martech, or related)

  • Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels

  • A hunter mindset — you love building pipelines and closing deals

  • Bonus: exposure to influencer marketing or creator-focused platforms

  • Exceptional ability to build and grow communities that drive trust and adoption

  • Leadership experience: recruiting, managing, and scaling sales/marketing teams

  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and hungry to build something from zero to one

  • Driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based upside

  • Compensation with real upside: $170,000 - $250,000 OTE + 0.3%–0.5% equity. OTE has uncapped commission on all sales for the first 2 years. The more you sell, the more you earn.
