Job Description
What You’ll Do
Lead Aeone’s marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels
Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing marketing team
Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and community growth from the ground up
Experiment with influencer marketing and creator partnerships to accelerate adoption
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align go-to-market strategies
Establish the foundation for Aeone’s marketing organization, with a path to CP (Chief Partnerships) or CMO
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in marketing software, SaaS, or martech
Proven success running campaigns across digital + traditional marketing channels
Bonus: exposure to influencer marketing or creator platforms
Unrivaled ability to build, engage, and scale communities
Experience recruiting, leading, and mentoring marketing teams
Startup-ready: entrepreneurial, scrappy, and driven by impact
