Job Description
What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, creators, and enterprise clients
Collaborate with the Head of Sales and leadership team to refine messaging, pricing, and outreach strategies
Identify customer needs and translate them into product feedback for our AI teams
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, driving revenue and adoption
Represent Aeone at events, conferences, and in the marketing/creator community
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of B2B SaaS or Martech sales experience
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting/exceeding quota
Strong communication and negotiation skills; you know how to tell a story that resonates
Comfortable running outreach, demos, and enterprise-level conversations
Experience in marketing software, advertising, or creator platforms is a strong plus
Hungry self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
Why You’ll Love This Role
High earning potential: $120,000 - $180,000 OTE + 0.05% – 0.2% equity. OTE has uncapped commission on all sales for the first 2 years. The more you sell, the more you earn.
